​Level: Very Experienced. Early Spring. Be among the first spin class in history to be challenged by this triumphant climb to the top of a foreboding mountain on a late March day. Will the wind blow you away like so many others? But, if you make it to the top, you can see the whole world! 45 minutes

Brahms Symphony No. 2, D Major, 1877

​Level: Very Experienced/Advanced. Summer. Enjoying this beautiful sunny day, here and there a cloud and a beautiful sunset. In 4 stages, with a 10 minute hell­bent for leather high cadence race to the finish in the flats. 40 minutes​

Brahms Symphony No. 3, F Major 1883

​Level: Experienced. Fall. We’ll be thinking the Fall in this one, falling leaves, changing colors ­­ in the last stage, desperately cycling at night through a tremendous thunderstorm trying to reach home -- and at the end, rain-soaked, we see our little home in the morning light.  All is well!

Brahms Symphony No. 4, E minor, 1884

Level: Experienced. Winter. This tragic spin, cold and chill, cycling into bleak Nordic landscapes, here and there warmed by a ray of sun. No redemption at the end with this one ­­ a spin into oblivion. Sound like fun? 40 minutes
